She has been producing incredible breads and pastries for years on the Eastern Shore, as The Baker at Riverside Farm. What delights can you expect from The Bakery on Mason? In their own words, “The Bakery on Mason produces delicious, country-style rustic breads made from simple ingredients: flour, water, and wild (yet friendly) Eastern Shore yeast. Specialty loaves contain a variety of whole grains & seeds, dried fruits, cinnamon, olives, blue cheese, and/or nuts. No added sugars, oils, or artificial flavors or colors are ever used. In our new little bakery you’ll also find baguettes, croissants, muffins, scones, cookies and more! Stop in for a bite (or two, or three…)”
