For our Valued Referral Program Members, we can offer a referral fee that will knock your flip flops off! The fee is equivalent to 3 percent of the sales price when you send us a referral who purchases a developer home site, a preferred builder package, a preferred builder spec home or a Bay Creek Realty resale listing.
